These terms govern your use of NihonGo!(the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Free use for personal learning

The Site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial language learning. You may study, take notes, and practice as much as you like.

2. No accounts

The Site does not have user accounts and does not accept user-generated content of any kind. There is no comment system, profile system, or upload feature.

3. Content ownership

The name "NihonGo!", the original lesson content, original example sentences, mascot characters (Fuji and Yuki), and the site code are owned by the site author. You may quote short passages for personal study; please do not republish the curriculum wholesale or sell it.

4. Provided as-is

The educational content is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. The author makes a best-effort attempt at accuracy but cannot guarantee that every example, translation, or grammatical explanation is perfect. Please use additional resources when preparing for tests or formal study.

5. Advertising & third-party links

The site may display third-party advertising and contain affiliate or outbound links. We are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of advertisers or linked sites. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the author of the Site is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
