Setting a condition — “if / when ~, …”
た＋らjust add ら
The た-form plus a single ら makes the condition.
あったら = if there is
〜たら、〜first A, then B
The second part happens once the first part does.
じかんが あったら、いきます
じかんが あったら、なにを しますか。
“If you have time, what do you do?”
